This is evident by both the environmental programs that we support and the green amenities that we offer at the building.

The property is registered in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (EB:OM) program and currently holds LEED EB:Gold level certification.

Sustainable Delivery

Shift Delivery contributes to a healthier city by replacing conventional trucks with pedal powered trikes and electric cargo vehicles. Zero tailpipe emissions are emitted and each trike uses less electricity than a typical household dryer per year.

Accomplishments 2012-2017:
(1) 117,000 deliveries
(2) 150,500 kilometers traveled
(3) 70 tonnes of CO2 emissions avoided
